Rachel has returned to Baltimore after a couple years living in So Cal, where she worked as an administrator for a contracting company as well as a beauty advisor at Ulta Beauty. She loves Mexican food, music festivals, and puppies (who doesn’t?!). Don’t be surprised the next time you see her, she’s rocking a new hair color while rocking as one of our awesome admins!

A native Baltimorean, Lisa is a rock star admin team member who accomplishes her client work confidently and efficiently. When she is home, she loves to cook, watch comedy and drama movies, and has a slight addiction to shopping on Amazon Prime.

After years of LA living, Bracha quickly settled into Baltimore life, and joined RemSource with extensive bookkeeping experience. She has an eye for detail and leaves no room for error. Bracha enjoys “extreme sports” like juggling six laundry baskets at a time, speed-cooking for holidays, and hosting large family gatherings, all while keeping her cool.

Alisa is a bookkeeping whiz, handling every aspect of her work patiently and methodically. Our clients are thrilled that their bookkeeping is in her capable, dedicated hands. Alisa is a chocoholic who can often be found walking or horseback riding.

Originally hailing from Detroit, Becky is our official office DJ, setting an awesome background to each day of helping our admin clients. She is dedicated to achieving results as quickly and accurately as possible so our clients can keep focusing on running their business and not worry about their back-office tasks. After work hours, Becky loves relaxing with friends, hanging out at the beach and reading novels.

Rachelle makes bookkeeping look easy, always knowing the right questions to ask and figuring out ways to solve problems no matter what. When she’s not crunching numbers, Rachelle enjoys cooking, working out, and relaxing with her husband and adorable kids.

Melissa keeps wowing clients and teammates with her consistent track record of going above and beyond clients’ expectations. As admin team leader, confidence and a can-do attitude are her magic, and everyone on the team knows who to turn to when we need her special brand of unwavering problem solving. Outside of work, Melissa is likely to be found at Orioles or Ravens games, chilling with her family and kids, and decorating cakes that are out of this world.

Every office needs an Abby – that person who sets the standard for excellence, consistency and dependability. Guess that’s why she’s our Team Leader! Born in Utah, raised in Iowa, and high school years on the East Coast, Abby’s days as a nomad ended when she and her husband moved to Baltimore from Israel. We rely on her energy and attention to detail to keep the wheels spinning on everything from client onboarding to birthday cakes for team members. Outside of the office, Abby loves to read, read, read, and spend time with her husband and two daughters.

Honestly… we’re not sure what this guy does all day, but he does process payroll so we keep him around. Ok, the truth is, he does a lot, it’s just mostly top secret. Azi’s vision, style (business, not dress) and brand of leadership guide what RemSource does for its family of clients and employees, while fueling a simple yet remarkable goal: To provide small business owners the tools they need to succeed. He does all this while creating a fun, productive, and enjoyable place to work. If he could be granted one wish, it would be to have a helicopter pilot’s license and his very own chopper to replace the family car he currently uses to get around town with his wife and 3 kids.
